Song is a certified Yoga Instructor.
She has twenty years’ experience with different types of yoga, and since 2021 she has been sharing the power of yoga to her private clients and small groups.
Her Vinyasa Flow focuses on techniques and alignments for safe and longevity yoga. Song will lead you through a flowing set of poses with rhythm and controlled breathing to energise you, boost your metabolism, and help you have better sleep.
